Google just announced a punch of whole products which include Pixel Watch 3 and Pixel 9 series smartphones at its “Made by Google” launch event. But our main focus is on the Google Pixel Buds Pro 2. With the Pixel Buds Pro 2, Google put a strong emphasis on user comfort by including a twist-to-adjust stabilizer. Google made this using 45 million ear scans. In addition, they made it 25% lighter than the previous version and shrunk in size by 27%.
Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 Specs And Features
Google’s Tensor A1 chip, which offers advanced audio features including spatial audio with head tracking, is a feature of the Pixel Buds Pro 2. Custom 11mm drivers with a high-frequency chamber for smoother treble and deeper bass are what power the earbuds. With Silent Seal 2.0, Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) sees a major enhancement. It now offers a notable boost in noise reduction over the previous model.
The Gemini AI assistant is another feature of the earphones that allows hands-free access to Gemini Live, music recommendations, reminders, and directions. Extra features include a 5-band EQ that leaves room for customization.
Users also get Conversation Detection which automatically modifies the ANC during conversations, and Clear Calling, which enhances call quality in noisy surroundings. The carrying case features IPX4, while the earbuds have an IP54 grade for water and perspiration resistance.
When ANC is on, the battery life can last up to 8 hours; with the charging case, this can last up to 30 hours. You can extend your listening time by up to three hours with a simple 15-minute charge. The earbuds support wireless charging since they feature Qi or USB-C technology.
The Pixel Buds Pro 2 is an advance over the original model in several ways, as was already discussed. Because of the stabilizer and different ear tip diameters, they are lighter, smaller, and fit more securely. Google claims a 2x improvement in noise cancellation. It is also believed to be much better. A Tensor A1 chip is another feature of the Pixel Buds Pro 2, which should enhance performance in general and sound quality in particular.
