Oraimo Freepods 4 Vs Oraimo Freepods Lite–Design
Both Oraimo Freepods are made from durable plastic materials however, they differ in design. The Freepods Lite’s charging case is more of the traditional earbud design, you open the lid the usual way and it rocks a translucent design. On the other hand, the Oraimo Freepods 4 charging case didn’t go with the traditional trend, it features a sleek sliding mechanism which I like.
Another thing to note Is that the Freepods 4 case is a little bit bigger than the Freepods Lite. This might be due to its circular design. Both cases have an LED indicator and a Type-C charging port. I will go with the Freepods 4 case design, is because it different from the traditional design and the sliding mechanism is cool. But everybody has their preference, you can let me know which of the case you think is cool in the comment section.
Now coming to the earbuds, both buds have a striking resemblance, they are both in-ear earbuds with extra ear tips in the box. They might look the same but the difference is visible, the Freepods 4 has a white stem while the Freepods Lite has a translucent stem. When it comes to design it’s a personal thing, so am nothing going to make a choice here, I leaving the choice to you.

Oraimo Freepods 4 Vs Oraimo Freepods Lite–Comfort
When it comes to comfort, both earbuds offer good comfort, however, the Oraimo Freepods Lite is way lighter and is more comfortable to wear for an extended period. So when it comes to comfort level, the Freepods Lite wins.
Sound Quality
Surprisingly, both earbuds come with a 10mm dynamic bass driver and a composite diaphragm that takes the sound frequency to the next level. Both also feature the Oraimo Havybass algorithm, but the question is which has a better sound quality.
Let’s go find out. During the testing period, we discovered that the Oraimo Freepods 4 delivers a more complete sound than the Freepods Lite. The bass is richer, the mids are good and the crisps are excellent. However, the Freepods Lite sound is also impressive but it isn’t as good as the Freepods 4. So in this section, the Oraimo Freepods 4 takes the point.
Active Noise Cancellation
The Active noise cancellation feature is what everyone is looking out for before getting an earbud. It’s an improved feature that helps suppress the environment and gives you a better listening experience. In the section we have to give it to the Oraimo Freepods 4, it comes with the ANC feature and the transparency mode that makes you aware of your surroundings.
All of these features are absent in the Oraimo Freepods Lite. The real selling point of the Oraimo Freepods 4 is the presence of the ANC and the transparency mode. The ANC is quite good though it’s not up to the level of most expensive earbuds but if you ask me it’s still okay.
Oraimo Sound App Compatibility
Both earbuds support the Oraimo sound app which is an added advantage over the previous earbuds like the Oraimo Freepods Pro and Freepods 3. On the app, you can tweak the sound for both earbuds to sound to your preference and also activate gaming mode. Also, the Oraimo Freepods 4 comes with Bluetooth version 5.2 while the Lite features a Bluetooth 5.3, you notice much difference here since both offer a seamless and fast connection. So no winner here, LOL.

Battery Performance
The Oraimo Freepods 4 buds deliver 8 hours of playtime on a single charge, whereas, the Oraimo Freepods Lite comes short of an hour, it offers 7 hours of playtime. But here is the catch, the Freepods Lite charging case can charge the buds four times more making a total of 40 hours. The Freepods 4 case can charge the buds three times which gives a total of 32 hours. So in this case, the Freepods Lite is the winner, and you also consider that it features the Oraimo Anifast technology.
Verdict
Both the Oraimo Freepods 4 and the Oraimo Freepods Lite come with distinct features that make them stand out. The Freepods 4 has a sleek sliding mechanism and features the ANC and transparency mode. While the Freepods Lite comes with an impressive battery life and is way cheaper. So I will leave you to decide on which you think will be the best for you.
