One thing I love about Oraimo is that they are constantly bringing out new smart accessories for their customers. As we all know most of their products are budget friendly and that’s why they are well known in this part of the world. So today we will be reviewing a new power bank in Oraimo called the Oraimo PowerJet 130. The PowerJet 130 has a battery capacity of 27,600mAh and it’s widely compatible with most devices. The power bank is advertised to come with a 130W fast charge and a unique LED display. I urge you to read to the end to find out more about the power bank.
What in The Box

- A welcome guide and
- Travel pouch
Design And Build Quality
Out of the box, the Oraimo PowerJet looks beautiful, it comes with a blend of grey and black. The power bank has a matte finish which makes it resistant to fingerprints and smudges. The build quality is also great, it is covered with durable plastic and looks like it can withstand a few drops. But do go dropping it now.
The power bank is quite compact and portable, which means you can easily move with it. If you are looking for a power bank for travel or camping, this power bank should be one of your good choices. At the top, you get three ports, two C ports, and one A port with these ports, you have an option for legacy and current-day charging. At the front of the power bank is a large smart LED display that keeps you informed of your charging status.
With this, you can view the power level in percentage, charging mode, and charging efficiency. For me, this is one of the selling points of this power bank. Beneath the display is the power button for turning on/off the power bank. To be honest, the design and build quality are decent if I were to rate this I would give it an 8/10.
Battery Life And Performance
As I mentioned earlier, the Oraimo PowerJet 130 comes with a massive battery capacity of 27,600mAh which makes it perfect for everyday use. If you have devices that are compatible with USB power you can recharge them with this power bank. Devices like phones, earbuds, laptops, and so on. This power bank supports the charging of three devices at the same time without sacrificing charging speed. I didn’t use it to charge a laptop since I don’t have a laptop that supports USB but it did a good job in charging my phone.
And the charging speed for me was great. However, Oraimo claimed the power bank can charge the MacBook Air two times and an iPhone 15 five times. I use Xiaomi Redmi A3 with a battery capacity of 5000mAh, so with this kind of battery capacity the power bank will charge your phone five times and you will still have some juice left. The fact that it comes with an intelligent chip makes it one of the best power banks in the market.
This helps to detect the charging mode of your device and quickly switch the mode that suits your device. With this, the voltage is reduced so as not to damage low-voltage devices like earbuds and Bluetooth speakers. Furthermore, the 130W fast charge makes it a reliable power source for charging high-end devices.
The Oraimo PowerJet 130 can power MacBook Pro to 50% in thirty minutes which is decent if you ask me. Recharging the power is dependent on the charging cable you use. If you the 100W cable and a decent adapter, recharging the power bank takes 1.5 to 2 hours to get
it from zero to a hundred percent. I haven’t charged it yet so you know, however, a friend charged his own and said he got the advertised result. He also said he used a 60W charger to charge his phone and in 45 minutes the phone was full. So for performance, I will give it a 9/10.
Price And Availability
As of the time of writing, the Oraimo PowerJet 130 goes for ₦ 70,000, equivalent to $42. Please note that the conversion rate is based on the current exchange rate. The power bank is also available in Kenya, Ghana, and Morocco. Please don’t forget to use the discount code BRACKET, with this code you get 5% off when you purchase on the Oraimo website or app.
Conclusion
To be honest, the power bank’s features outweigh its price, to me it’s one of the best budget power banks currently in the market. I recommend this power bank for those who are always on the go and those in charge of a power bank for their laptops.
