Hello, in today’s post, we are going to be reviewing the Oraimo Soundflow. Want to know more about the Oraimo Soundflow before you go make a purchase, then read on. As we all know, Oraimo is a household name when it comes to phone accessories. The company does its best to provide us with top-quality accessories that never disappoint.
And I believe the Oraimo Soundflow won’t either. I got my hands on this Oraimo Bluetooth speaker a few weeks back and have been testing it since then. So today I would like to put down an honest review of the Oraimo Soundflow. If you are ready let’s get to it.
What’s In The Box?
The Soundflow comes in the regular Oraimo packaging. That’s not so important though. When we unseal the box, we got;
- The Soundflow
- A jack-to-jack cord
- Type-C charger
- User guide
That’s basically what is in the box. Now let’s go check the Soundflow out.
Oraimo Soundflow First Impression
First, let me say this, I sincerely love the design of the Soundflow. The speaker is cylindrical in shape where more than off of its body is transparent and the other part downward house the speakers. At the top, you get various control buttons like the power button the volume button, and so on. Coming down to the button of the Oraimo Soundflow, you see a silicone Anti-slip mat. This gives the Soundflow more slip-resistant and shock-absorbing.
This means anytime you place the speaker on a table or any flat surface, you have nothing to worry about since this feature helps to prevent it from falling. Really nice right? Also, you get a massive speaker at the button. I guess this was the reason why Oraimo placed a silicone Anti slip at the button. Now as I was moving the speaker to find the charging port, I saw a protective by the side of the speaker.
When I opened it I saw what I was looking for LoL. The charging port, a memory card slot, and an AUX slot. Just in case you do not want to use Bluetooth pairing, you can still enjoy listening to music by using the memory card slot or the AUX slot. Well, I was kind of puzzled why Oraimo created a protective spot for these ports. Then it hit me, Oraimo did this to protect these slots from dust. Nice one Oraimo. Time to power it on. When you power it on, you get the usual ‘power on’ tone and two deep sounds.
Then the next thing I saw was wow. At the transparent part of the speaker, you get these multiple lights that glow the environment. These lights are beautiful to look at. But what I love about it is that you can choose to single light show or turn or turn it off. To achieve this use the light button at the top of the speaker.
So the Soundflow gives you the option either go for multiple lights or the single or no light at all the choice is yours to make. Before I forget, the Oraimo Soundflow has a dimension of 172*172*195mm. And it’s a bit bigger in size when you compare it with others. Mind you it is still portable. You can carry it wherever you want to take it.
Bluetooth Connection
The Oraimo Soundflow features a Bluetooth version of 5.0. At first, I tried to pair my phone with the device, it took a while to connect but when I tried again it connected very fast. Maybe because it was the first connection. So Bluetooth pairing doesn’t take forever to connect. It also features a 15m connection range.
This means you can connect your phone and still move with your phone while the speaker is in a particular position you want to keep it. You can pair two Soundflow at a time if you want to enjoy good sound. How we would talk more about that in the sound section.
Oraimo Soundflow Sound Quality
This Bluetooth speaker comes with an output power of 50W, that’s powerful right? The sound quality is amazing giving you a thumping Bass. There is a 360-degree effortless dynamic driver at the button of the speaker that helps enhance the sound. I tested the speaker by playing several music and I tell you it didn’t disappoint. The Bass quality is great you also hear the melodies of other instruments.
The vocal quality is also nice. When having two of these speakers, you pair them at once and immerse yourself in the groove of the music. Can it be used for outdoor events? Sure. With the massive sound that one produces, pairing two will definitely give you the sound you want for the outdoor event.
Less I forget, the 360 RGB light sync with any song you play with the speaker. At first, I didn’t take notes because I was playing fast-beat songs. But when it moves to a slow best song, I quickly notice the motion of the light. Remarkable right? The light help add beauty to the song. But as I earlier stated if you don’t like the light, you can always put it off.
Price
The Oraimo Soundflow goes for 48,500 naira at the official Oraimo store at the time of writing. To me, it’s a good price given the qualities it has to offer.
Round Up
The Soundflow is a must-have for anyone who wishes to get a nice Bluetooth speaker. Should I buy it? Sure, go for it before it runs out of stock. Why should I get one? Come on, look at all the qualities it offers, a thumping Bass, a silicone Anti-slip, fast charging, long connection range these features alone are enough to get this speaker, and to add to it, you get a colorful 369 RGB light that lights up your environment. I totally recommend this Bluetooth speaker. Let’s hear your view of this Oraimo Soundflow in the comment box.
