The Oraimo Traveler Link 20 power bank is the perfect solution for travelers and those who constantly need to charge their devices. The power bank boasts a 20,000mAh capacity, built-in charging cables, an LED torch, and a compact design, making it an attractive option for travelers and mobile warriors alike.

These power banks eliminate the need to bring along charging and recharging cables. Why? Because you don’t need them. It comes with built-in charging and recharging cables. The real question here is, is this the power bank you’ve been waiting for? Let’s go find out.

What we like:
  • Multiple built-in cables
  • LED torch
  • 20,000mAh battery capacity
  • Portable
  • Supports multiple charging
  • Affordable
What we don’t like:
  • Limited fast charging of 12W
  • Absence of an LED display
  • Inclusion of Micro USB, which feels outdated
  • A little bit heavy

Design, Build, and Specs

The Oraimo Traveler Link 20 comes in the usual rectangular design with curved edges. The power bank sports similar dimensions to the Oraimo Traveler Link 27. At the top of the power bank is an LED torch with strong illumination power, which can come in handy in the dark. This torch can also double as an SOS alarm to alert somebody else in an emergency. Also at the top, you’ll find three ports, which we’ll discuss later. At the front of the power bank, you have diagonal patterns common in most Oraimo power banks.

This body texture helps protect the power bank from scratches and stains, thereby prolonging its surface life. Also, it helps provide a firm grip on the power bank. Close to the top, you will find four indicator lights that tell you the exact battery level of the power bank. Each indicator light represents 25%, so since there are four, that’s 100% in total. I would have loved Oraimo to add an LED display that shows the exact battery percentage, as that would allow you to determine the power bank’s exact level.

Also at the top is the Oraimo brand name. At the back of the power bank, you have the four built-in cables, which are well placed. The cables are made from durable material and can withstand multiple bends, so you don’t have to worry about them breaking. The power bank is covered all around with durable plastic. It’s portable, but it does add some weight. However, it can still slide into your bags and purse with ease. In general, this Oraimo power bank has a nice build.

IN/OUT Ports And Cables

As mentioned earlier, the Oraimo Traveler Link 20 comes with four built-in cables and three ports. Out of the four built-in cables, three (Micro USB, Lightning, Type-C) are for charging, while the last cable, which is the USB-A, is for recharging the power bank. This power bank comes with three ports located at the top. Two of the ports (Type-C & Micro USB) are for recharging, while the USB-A port is for charging.

This means the Traveler Link can charge four devices at the same time, and you have the liberty to choose to recharge the power bank with the built-in USB-A cable or use any charger at your disposal. So, with this power bank, you don’t need to worry about picking up recharging cables since it comes with one. All you need to bring with you should be an adapter. Each of the recharging ports, including the cable, supports a maximum of 10W recharging speed, while the output cables deliver a fast charging speed of 12W. This isn’t the best on the market, but at this price, the charging speed is okay for me.

How Many Phones Can The Oraimo Traveler Link 20 Charge?

The Oraimo Traveler Link 20 comes with an incredible 20,000mAh battery capacity, which is equivalent to 74Wh. With this pure power, you can charge most smartphones about five times and most smaller devices multiple times. So if you only use the power bank to charge up a single phone of 5000mAh, like most Infinix smartphones and Tecno, this can last you for at most 4 days.

However, if you are going to use it to charge up multiple devices, this might not last you for four days. Talking about multiple devices, this power bank is widely compatible, which means you can use it to charge other USB-related devices like Bluetooth speakers, earbuds, smartwatches, and so on. The power bank comes with intelligent chips to detect if a device supports fast charging or not and quickly switches charging modes.

Furthermore, it comes with all the safety measures you would expect a power bank to have. This helps protect you and your devices from issues. Recharging the power bank back to 100% takes about six to eight hours, which is a long time in my opinion. So, I suggest you don’t allow it to run out of power before recharging.

Verdict

The Oraimo Traveler Link 20 is a solid choice for those prioritizing convenience and portability. The built-in cables are a necessity for forgetful travelers and those who hate moving around with charging cables. Another added benefit is the 20,000mAh battery capacity, which is enough to charge up most devices multiple times.

However, if you prioritize faster charging or a more precise battery level indicator, you might want to consider other options. Ultimately, the decision depends on your individual needs and priorities. Do we recommend this power bank? Sure, we recommend this power bank for those who go around with multiple devices.
