In collaboration with Casio, the French fashion label A.P.C. has unveiled a contemporary version of the iconic A1000 watch model. Two watches from this partnership, the A1000ACD-7, and the A1000ACG-9 combine historical design with modern functionality, drawing inspiration from the 1970s. If you are the type that loves classic wristwatches, I urge you to read on.
A.P.C. x Casio A1000 Features
The end product is a stylish and functional unisex watch. The watch has a clear LCD for crucial timekeeping, an octagonal casing, and a simple dial. The subtle appearance of the design is enhanced by the discreet engraving of mode indications adjacent to A.P.C.’s guitar dagger logo on the case back.
The watch comes in gold and silver and has a stylish color contrast. The adjustable band guarantees a comfortable fit for any wrist. The matte steel bracelet and mirrored dial combine various materials, making the watch both durable and aesthetic.
The watch has contemporary functions such as an automated calendar, daily alarm, hourly signal, and 1/100th-second stopwatch, yet being influenced by a classic look. It also has Casio’s Super Illuminator LED lighting for easier reading in low light.
With this you can easily few the screen under the sun and not face any problems. With a CR1616 battery, the watch can last up to three years on a single charge and is accurate to within 30 seconds each month. Both watches come with all the needed features for them to be one of a kind.
