CMF a Nothing sub-brand has recently launched the CMF Buds Pro 2. A new model of genuine wireless noise-canceling headphones. They’re going global this time, with the US, UK, India, and Europe as their primary launch markets. The design incorporates a new, vivid blue option and the original generation’s orange, dark gray, and light gray options. More significantly, the Pro model now has the clever knob charging case that came with the regular CMF Buds of last year.

The headphone comes with an option to personalize features like music playback, song navigation, and noise cancellation mode. Also, the lightweight case has a rotating volume control knob. In addition, it can mute the microphone, turn on the voice assistant, and answer and stop calls. You can also switch between low-latency and high-latency modes. To avoid unintentional touches, users can permanently disable the knob. To carry out all settings and controls, you will need to install the Nothing X app.

With an 11mm woofer and a 6mm tweeter, the CMF Buds Pro 2 is a dual-unit system. These headphones provide spatial audio capabilities. They are approved for Hi-Res Audio and offer hybrid active noise cancellation and transparency mode. With Nothing X, bass performance may be further customized. Each earbud has three microphones for crystal-clear calls. Moreover, the Nothing’s Clear Voice Technology 2.0 reduces background noise during calls.

With 60mAh batteries in each earbud and a 460mAh battery in the charging case, the battery life is remarkable. According to official statistics, conversation times might vary from 18.6 hours to 25 hours. This relies on the audio encoding and noise cancellation settings.

With AAC compression and noise cancellation turned off, the playback time varies as well, with a maximum of 43 hours (when using a charging case). With a 10-minute charge, fast charging offers three hours of listening time (noise cancellation off). With the charging case, you can get up to seven hours more. These figures decrease to 1.8 hours and 6 hours, respectively, when noise cancellation is on.

Price And Availability

Positioned as a reasonably priced alternative in the market for real wireless noise-canceling headphones is the CMF Buds Pro 2. They will retail for US$59 (about 430 Yuan) in the US market and will be available later this month via the official website (cmf.tech) and other stores.
