The Iron Man Mini comes in a nice-looking case, you have the Iron Man Mini at the front and some other specifications. Unboxing the package, you get earbuds, extra ear tips, a Type-C cable, and a user guide.

New Age kept the design of the Iron Man Mini simple and sleek, it didn’t overdo it here. The charging case is lightweight and compact, making it easy to carry in your pocket or bag. You have the New Age imprint at the front of the case, a light indicator just beneath the brand name, and the Type-C charging port underneath the case. The case is made from a durable plastic material and a shining finish which makes it look premium.

You will need to be careful of the surface though, because New Age never said anything about the texture being scratch resistant or not.  The earbuds are also made from high-quality materials, and they feel very durable. Spots a similar size as the Oraimo Riff, very small and lightweight. The buds snug perfectly into the ears and can be worn for a long period without experiencing any discomfort.

Above the stems are touch sensitive, where you get to control the buds without needing your phone. You can pause/play a song, answer/reject calls, and so on. The New Age Iron Man Mini earbuds come with three different sizes of ear tips, so you can find the perfect fit for your ears. Overall, the design, build quality, and comfort fit of the New Age Iron Man Mini are all top-notch. Coming to the most important aspect of any earbud, the sound quality, the Iron Man Mini earbuds present an excellent choice for individuals in search of wireless earbuds that offer impressive sound quality. New Age Iron Man Mini – Call Quality

The Iron Man Mini comes with Active Noise Cancellation features that help to block out unwanted noise and help give you a crystal clear call. To me, I will rate the call quality on average, the ANC was able to suppress the environmental noise but not as well as the most expensive earbuds. Some ambient sound could still find there way in. The call quality is still ok, not perfect for outdoors but one of the best when it comes to indoor calls. You can use it for all kinds of calls which ranges from WhatsApp, Zoom and so on.

Battery Life Performance

Each earbud comes with a battery capacity of 30mAh and the charging case comes with 300mAh. On a single charge, the buds deliver a playtime of 7 hours and some minutes. When the buds run out of juice, you can juice them multiple times using the charging case. Recharging the case takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes to full. The battery is decent for me but not as powerful as the Oraimo Freepods Lite when you consider they are in the same price range.

Connectivity And Controls

5.0 is the Bluetooth version of the New Age Iron Man Mini, the earbuds have been in the market for quite some time, so I wasn’t expecting it to come with the latest Bluetooth version 5.3 anyways. Connection with the earbuds with my phone is fast and seamless and the transmission range of 10m keeps the connection stable. I experience some difficulties with the touch controls, this is because the surface is a bit rough.

You will need to long press the earbuds to power it back on in case it mistakenly goes off. There is a delay of one or two seconds on the control but it is still manageable if you ask me. The buds are good for playing low graphics games and streaming. You will experience lagging when you use It for high graphics games, so season gamers back off from this one.

That’s pretty much all I can tell about the New Age Iron Man Mini. Priced at ₦10,700, you can see that these earbuds are quite decent. The battery life is reasonable, it offers moderate sound quality, and the ANC feature helps cancel out noise from the surroundings. Although it might not be as robust as some other earbuds when compared, how many earbuds at that price come with ANC? I recommend this product to anyone seeking decent earbuds with ANC.
